People

People are our most important asset, we aim to become recognised as one of the top employers in the regions where we are active.

Through an active coaching program that stresses learning and empowerment we invest in the development of the people we work with. At the core of our coaching programme lies our (bi-)weekly one on one's. A half an hour talk in which every employee talks with their manager about their individual development. No matter if you are working full time for us or you are doing an internship, we will make time for you.

At Pronovix co-workers from a range of backgrounds and nationalities work together in English. All through the year we try to have 1 or 2 non-Hungarian interns in our company. This keeps our language skills fresh and often leads to new ideas and insights.
